CES changed its name on April 20, 2006 to CompliantDomain, Inc. The new name reflects the company’s establishment as a distinct entity specializing in facilitating corporate compliance through technology services and solutions. In addition, the name change allows us to establish a prominent brand identity as a future leader in comprehensive compliance technology solutions in North America. CES’ commitment towards leading technology, and bespoke and flexible solutions will remain unchanged. We will continue the effort of enhancing technology development, product research, and professional services in order to fulfill our commitment to our clients' needs and to ensure the growth of CompliantDomain in years to come.
